Responsible Gaming

Last updated / Effective: 19 June 2026

At Raize, poker is meant to be entertainment. 3-102-943085 S.R.L. (trading as Raize), licensed under Anjouan Internet Gaming Licence No. ALSI-202511038-FI2, is committed to protecting players and promoting safe, responsible play. This page explains the safeguards we provide and where to get help.

If gambling stops being fun, help is available — see §8. If you or someone you know needs urgent support, contact one of the organisations listed below.

1. Our commitment

We are committed to:

These commitments form part of our Anjouan licence conditions.

2. You must be 18+ (preventing underage gambling)

Gambling on Raize is strictly for adults aged 18 or over (or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction). We operate a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Before any real-money play, we verify your age and identity, including a facial-verification check (see our Privacy & Cookies Policy). If we find that an account holder is under age, we void play, withhold winnings, close the account and return verified deposits where required.

Help us protect minors: keep your login details private, never let under-18s use your account, and if children share your device, use the filtering tools in §6.

3. Recognising a problem

Gambling may be becoming a problem if you:

You can take a free, confidential self-assessment at BeGambleAware or GamCare, or use any self-assessment tool we link in your Account.

4. Tools to help you stay in control

You can set and manage the following directly in your Account settings at any time:

How limit changes take effect: a request to reduce a limit (or make it stricter) takes effect immediately. A request to increase a limit (or make it less strict) takes effect only after a cooling-off period and confirmation, so that decisions to gamble more are never made in the heat of the moment.

5. Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion lets you block your own access to Raize when you need a longer break.

To self-exclude, use your Account settings or contact admin@raize.poker. If you need help excluding from gambling more broadly, ask the support organisations in §8 about multi-operator schemes.

6. Protecting people in your home

If others — especially under-18s — use your device, consider parental-control and blocking software, such as:

Keep your account credentials confidential and log out when you finish.

7. Tips for keeping it fun

8. Where to get help (free and confidential)

If you're worried about your gambling, these organisations offer free, confidential help and advice:

9. Our marketing standards

We market responsibly. We do not target minors or vulnerable people, we never suggest gambling is a way to solve money problems or guarantee winnings, and all promotions clearly state their terms, wagering requirements and expiry. Every advertisement carries a responsible-gaming message and a link to help.

10. Staff and oversight

Our staff are trained on responsible gaming, and our management is accountable for these protections under our Anjouan licence. We keep our tools and this policy under regular review.
